What We Collect

We only collect your email address for account identification. That's it. We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not track your behavior, browsing habits, or usage patterns
• We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting
• We do not place cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the app to function
• We do not sell, share, rent, or monetize your data in any way
• We do not serve advertisements or share data with advertisers

Google Calendar Data

When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar data only with your explicit permission and only for the purpose of syncing events within Yaek. We do not read, analyze, or store your calendar data beyond what is necessary for the sync feature to work. You can revoke access at any time.

Data Storage

We store the minimum data necessary to provide the service: your email, your tasks, your project data, and cached calendar information. All data is stored on servers within your region and is encrypted in transit.

Your Data, Your Control

• Export: You can export all of your data at any time.
• Delete: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will permanently remove everything within 30 days.
• Portability: Your content belongs to you. We will never lock you in.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via email before they take effect. We will never weaken your privacy protections without your explicit consent.
