Yaek is a calendar and project management application that integrates with Google Calendar. We provide tools to manage your schedule, tasks, and projects in one place.

Data Ownership

Your content belongs to you. All tasks, projects, notes, and any other content you create in Yaek remain your intellectual property. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content. We only use it to provide the service to you.

Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. We do not track you, we do not sell your data, and we do not monetize your information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. When you do, we will permanently delete all of your data, including tasks, projects, cached calendar data, and your account information. This action is irreversible.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Service Availability

We strive to keep Yaek available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide advance notice whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

Yaek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
